Artwork & proofs

To ensure the best possible result, all customised products require artwork approval before production begins. This process allows us to check your design, confirm placement and sizing, and ensure it is suitable for the selected product, material, and branding method.

Submitting your artwork

Artwork can be supplied when requesting a quote or after your quote has been confirmed. Where possible, we recommend providing vector files for the best results.

Preferred file formats include:

  • AI
  • EPS
  • PDF (vector-based)
  • SVG

High-resolution raster files such as PNG or JPEG may be accepted depending on the application, but may not be suitable for all branding methods. If you are unsure whether your artwork is suitable, please contact us and our team will be happy to advise.

Artwork checks & setup

Once your artwork is received, our team will review the file for suitability, adjust sizing and placement where required, and prepare the artwork for production based on the chosen decoration method. Minor setup adjustments may be made to ensure accurate reproduction. Any significant changes will be discussed with you before proceeding.

Proof approval

Before production begins, you will receive a digital proof for approval. The proof will show artwork placement, size and positioning, and branding method indication. Production will only begin once written approval has been received. Please review proofs carefully, as approved artwork will be produced exactly as shown.

Revisions & changes

If revisions are required, these can be requested at the proof stage. Multiple revisions may affect lead times. Once a proof has been approved, further changes may incur additional costs or require a new proof.

Responsibility & accuracy

By approving the final proof, you confirm that all artwork, text, and positioning are correct, colours, spelling, and layout have been checked, and the design meets your expectations. We are not responsible for errors once artwork has been approved.
