We take quality seriously and aim to ensure all products are delivered in line with agreed specifications. As our products are custom-made to order, returns and refunds are handled in line with the nature of bespoke manufacturing.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and our team will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Custom-made products

All products are manufactured based on approved artwork, material selection, and order details provided at the time of confirmation.

As items are produced specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect information supplied by the customer, or variations that fall within accepted manufacturing tolerances.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us investigate, we may request:

  • Clear photographs of the issue
  • Images of the packaging
  • Your order reference number

Once reviewed, we will advise on the most appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or partial refund where applicable.

Colour, material & finish variations

Minor variations in colour, texture, grain, and finish may occur between samples, digital proofs, and final production. These variations are considered normal and do not constitute defects.

We recommend requesting samples where colour or material accuracy is critical.

Missing or incorrect items

If any items are missing or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Resolution process

All issues are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Our team will always aim to provide a fair and reasonable outcome in line with the agreed order details.
